Wea Ridge Middle School students collect clothing, food, school supplies and more to help students at a school in Texas impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
The pounding of drums and shaking of maracas echoed through the halls of Wea Ridge Middle School as students worked to build character and confidence.
Items are being collected and can be brought to school any time before September 16. We will collect them here and then combine them with the collection from Tri-County before they are all sent to Texas. This is a wonderful way to show another middle school our caring spirit. Let's show what the Huskies can do when we come together.
The TSC has selected Clint Wilson as the new assistant principal after DJ Jensen announced he accepted an administrative position with Attica schools.

WRMS students started @NWEA testing this morning with a focus on growth. Love this #growthmindset bulletin board in our hallway. Students and parents can be ready by getting a good night's sleep, eating a quality breakfast, and making sure your Chromebook is fully charged.
After canceling our viewing due to a brief rainstorm, the students witnessed the eclipse on the way out to the buses.

We're looking forward to enjoying the solar eclipse. We will participate in learning activities throughout the day and then a whole school viewing- we will provide the glasses. You may want to review this safety information with your student as the eclipse will still be going on during our dismissal time.
