Recycling Club

Wea Ridge Middle School has a group of students who are working toward helping our school be more environmentally conscious through recycling. The students (with staff) go to each room within the school on a weekly basis during the school calendar times to collect recycling. Once they have collected it they then sort it into the different groups based on how the companies pick up the recycling. It is sorted into cardboard, paper, and plastic/cans/glass groupings. The students then place the recycling out for companies to pick up. The recycling club is comprised of students of all ability levels.
